Feel the chemistry as you share stories over starters – your choice of mouthwatering wild mushroom and tarragon soup, lemon and ginger marinated prawns or a delectable dulse crab and salmon creole fish cake. Once you have woken your tastebuds, treat them to a dry aged sirloin steak, lemon and thyme marinated chicken or vegetable tarte tatin, before sealing the meal with an indulgent dessert choices like sticky toffee pudding, passionfruit custard tart, chocolate and caramel paris-brest or a delicious selection of Welsh cheeses.
