We hope the following information will help with your upcoming visit and answer some frequently asked questions.

Please note all properties within Tŷ Hotels no longer accept cash or cheque payments. Payments can be made contactless via card or our mobile app.

For those staying in one of our Floatel Rooms or Apartment, please check in at the Tŷ Milford Waterfront hotel reception desk on arrival to collect your keys and access code.

For car parking, turn right out of the main hotel and drive to the end of the Marina, bear right, the main gravel car park on Mackerel Quay will be on your left, which is a short walk away from The Shores and Floatel Rooms. This car park is complimentary with no time limit.

Tŷ Magor

Complimentary parking is available on-site for hotel guests and visitors.

Tŷ Milford Waterfront

Overnight car parking is available for hotel guests at £7.50 per car. Alternatively complimentary parking is available just a 2 minute walk from the hotel.

Our Floatel Cabins and Shores Apartment are located near the hotel, please collect your keys and access code from the main hotel desk reception on arrival. Electric charging points can be found at Tesco, Lower Charles Street and Tŷ Milford Waterfront, all of which are less than 5 minutes away on foot.

Face coverings are no longer required in any of our public areas.

Robust cleaning and sanitising protocols, focused on High Impact Touchpoint (HIT) in bedrooms and public areas.

Cleanliness and hygiene has always been a priority for The Celtic Collection. Working with our cleaning partner Diversey, cleaning protocols in bedrooms and all public areas will be strengthened to focus on High Impact Touchpoint (HIT) cleaning as a result of the COVID 19 pandemic.

At this time, we do not provide a turndown service in any of our rooms.
