Tŷ Magor

Complimentary parking is available on-site for hotel guests and visitors.

Tŷ Milford Waterfront

Overnight car parking is available for hotel guests at £7.50 per car. Alternatively complimentary parking is available just a 2 minute walk from the hotel.

Our Floatel Cabins and Shores Apartment are located near the hotel, please collect your keys and access code from the main hotel desk reception on arrival. For parking, turn right out of the main hotel and drive to the end of the Marina, bear right, the main gravel car park on Mackerel Quay will be on your left, which is a short walk away from The Shores and Floatel Rooms. This car park is complimentary with no time limit.

Electric charging points can be found at Tesco, Lower Charles Street and Tŷ Milford Waterfront, all of which are less than 5 minutes away on foot.

Tŷ Newport

On-site car parking is available for hotel guests and visitors. Charges apply, please see prices below:

To demonstrate our commitment to be environmentally considerate, Tŷ Newport is proud to offer electric vehicle charging points, which visitors and hotel guests are welcome to use.

Check-in is from 4.00pm on the day of arrival and check-out on the day of departure is at 11.00am.

Occasionally, we may be able to accommodate an earlier check in, but this is subject to availability on the day and cannot be assured in advance. Late departures are by prior arrangement, subject to availability and may attract an additional premium.

Guests wishing to drop off their luggage before their room is ready may do so with the reception desk.

Tŷ Magor

Plan a visit to our on-site restaurant Sawyers Bar & Grill or a nearby restaurant at the Celtic Manor Resort. We recommend guests make restaurant dining reservations in advance to avoid disappointment.

Tŷ Milford Waterfront

All dining reservations for our on-site restaurant Dulse must be booked in advance, this also includes breakfast for hotel guests.

For those staying in one of our Floatel Rooms or Apartment, please check in at the Tŷ Milford Waterfront hotel reception desk on arrival to collect your keys and access code.

We offer complimentary shuttle bus transfers between Tŷ Newport hotel and the Celtic Manor Resort golf clubhouses to guests booked on a golf package.

For guests not booked on a golf package or for other locations, guests will need to arrange their own transport. Our colleagues will be more than happy to provide further directional guidance if necessary.

Please note Tŷ Hotels do not accept cash or cheque payments. Payments can be made contactless via card or our mobile app.

A £50 per night, credit/debit card pre-authorisation will be required at the time of check-in, Pre-authorisation amounts are reserved funds which will reduce your available balance, these may show on your statements. Pre-authorisation amounts are held by your card issuer, at check-out the reserved funds or credits will be released by the hotel, the processing time varies with different card issuers.
