Nestled just off the Pembrokeshire coast, Salt and Smoke deliver sustainably-sourced salmon smoked in a traditional stone shed. Equally dedicated to quality alongside sustainability, they were an easy choice when looking for delicious smoked fish.

With their brewery situated in picturesque Temby, Harbwr craft beer is a locally-loved staple. When it came to sourcing beer for our delicious beer batter dishes, it was obvious we wanted a local taproom to supply the essential brews required.

Sporting over 30 years of farming pedigree and experience, Richard and Joanna Norton are now aided by their sons Luke and Toby in supplying Welsh eateries with locally grown potatoes – of which we are but one beenfactor.

With a family farm dating back as far as the 1950’s, Pembrokeshire Gold’s cold-pressed rapeseed oil has set a standard for quality dressing for over half a century, which for us was an essential addition to our menu.

From a company known particularly for its signature liqueurs, Pembrokeshire brand Barti also develops a rich, smooth and boozy caramel sauce – an ideal addition to our Dulse desserts.

Supply Vodka for our Desserts

Based a few miles north of Cardigan, In the Welsh Wind are prime examples of distilling ingenuity and Welsh entrepreneurship. Specialising in bespoke spirits brewed in copper pot stills, it is their Three Grain Vodka that plays a part in our Dulse menus.
